BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. Any order of goods made on the ACCROTECH.ca website implies the prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. Return Policy

No refunds, or credit will be made for purchases made from ACCROTECH.ca's online store. All sales are final. To ensure your satisfaction, please communicate any questions with ACCROTECH.ca before completing your order. ACCROTECH.ca allows the return of defective products for exchange or repair (according to the manufacturer's policy) for a period of thirty (30) days following the original billing date. Beyond this period, the consumer is responsible for honoring the manufacturer's warranty. In all cases, the following procedure must be followed in order to return a product: 1. You must first obtain an RMA return number for the products concerned from ACCROTECH.ca. To obtain this return number, you must write to the following address: support@accrotech.ca. Return Merchandise Procedure

A. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you must: 1. Contact ACCROTECH.ca RMA Service by email at: support@accrotech.ca. 2. Warranty limits

Product Service Plan

The product service plan allows you, in the event that your equipment is defective after the first thirty (30) days following your purchase, to request its replacement or repair. ACCROTECH.ca offers 1 year or 2 year service plans on complete systems. To benefit from a service plan, you must still follow the RMA procedure, even beyond the thirty (30) days following the purchase of your equipment See section "Return of goods". It is important to note that the product service plan is limited by certain conditions. The product service plan does not cover damage resulting from improper use or misuse, nor accidental or induced damage. It does not cover equipment whose serial or warranty number has been changed or deleted, equipment that has been modified without permission from the manufacturer, and normal wear and tear on the equipment. This product service plan also does not cover damage or malfunction caused by fire, lightning, water, repair, transportation or shipping.

Limitation of liability

ACCROTECH.ca can not be held responsible for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, those related to property damage, bodily injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of income, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This restriction applies to all situations regardless of cause, whether due to breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence (whether active, passive or imputed), tort or other, except damages and interests that can not be limited, excluded or restricted in accordance with the laws in force in Quebec.
